TF2: Be efficient be polite 9

It's one in the morning for me and I know it's a little early but technically it's still monday so two pages for you guys today! We really worked hard on these two pages with all the time constraints but we made it happen anyway! I've just finished playing 5 hours straight of TF2 and I just thought, eh, why not!

I also wanted to post these early so when I get up to go to work I'm not all OH MY GOD I HAVE TO EAT AND POST PAGES AT THE SAME TIME THIS IS SO MUCH TO DO.
